As the Principal and Founder of MP, LLC., she is determined to impact businesses through media, publishing, and entertainment.

FARRAH McBRIDE – Project Manager

A United States Air Force veteran with over 20 years of organizational and leadership experience, Farrah also holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources. She received the Air Force Accommodation Medal and Air Force Achievement Medals for superior service, and an Army Civilian Accommodation Medal for Outstanding Civilian service.

Farrah’s specialties include planning and organizing events, as well as creating and developing programs and procedures for our diverse customer base.

PAMELA BROWN – Lead Communications

Pamela is an accomplished, results-oriented grant writer and project manager with over 32 years of experience managing and directing large scale projects for the Federal Government. She is adept at maximizing productivity through collaborative skills in interacting with customers, suppliers and team members, managing projects with tight deadlines and budget constraints.

She is a strategic and analytical finance professional with a keen eye for detail and working in stressful, challenging, and fast-paced environments while juggling multiple priorities. Pamela effectively communicates with peers and clients similarly. Her vast experience includes supporting 6 grant officers, 30+ program/project managers, and over 100 grant projects. Certification: FAC-COR Level II Certified

OLIVIA G. MILLER – Creative Managing Director

Olivia holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The Maryland Institute, College of Art and has over 20 years’ experience providing graphic, web and design services for federal, state, local, private and international clients. She oversees the production of media through multiple channels and formats including print, web, client and industry events, email campaigns, electronic newsletters, exposition and event materials.
